1. Who we are and how to reach us
AFX Copier is a trade-automation technology service. It connects the signal sources you authorise — such as Telegram channels, Discord servers, TradingView alerts, and webhooks — to the brokerage and trading accounts you control, and executes trades on your behalf according to the rules and risk settings you configure. You can contact us at support@afxcopier.com, on Telegram at @afxcopier, or via the contact page.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service is lawful in your country of residence and in any jurisdiction from which you access it. You are responsible for ensuring that automated trading and the use of trade-copying tools are permitted by your broker, your prop firm, and applicable law where you live.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
3. No financial, investment, or trading advice
AFX Copier is a technology company that provides automation tools. We are not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, dealer, fund manager, or signal provider. Nothing on the Service — including any dashboard, leaderboard, metric, backtest, benchmark, or example — constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.
The Service executes instructions derived from signal sources you choose, using settings you configure. We do not select signal providers for you, we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, profitability, or legitimacy of any third-party signal, and we do not promise any particular trading outcome. All trading decisions, and the consequences of them, are yours alone. You should obtain independent professional advice before trading. See also Section 11 (Trading risk).
4. The Service and your configuration
The Service lets you connect signal sources and trading accounts, define routing rules, set risk parameters, and monitor execution. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your configuration, including which sources are connected, which accounts are linked, lot sizing, risk caps, and any filters. We are not responsible for trades that result from a configuration you set, a signal a source you connected published, or a change you made.
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may impose or change usage limits, at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect you.
5. Third-party services, brokers, and signal sources
The Service interoperates with third parties we do not own or control, including messaging platforms (such as Telegram and Discord), charting and alert platforms (such as TradingView), trading platforms and brokers (such as MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, DXTrade, TradeLocker, and similar), prop firms, and payment processors. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of these third parties unless expressly stated.
Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them — including the rules of your broker and any prop firm whose evaluation or funded account you connect. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, outages, fees, account actions, or policy decisions of any third party, including a broker freezing or closing your account or a prop firm disqualifying you.
6. Account connections and credentials
To operate, the Service requires access to the signal sources and trading accounts you connect. You authorise us to access and use those connections solely to provide the Service — for example, to read messages from a connected channel and to place, modify, or close orders on a connected trading account according to your configuration. You represent that you are entitled to grant this access and that doing so does not breach any agreement with a third party.
7. What messages we read — and what we don't
We do not read your private or personal messages. AFX Copier only processes the messages inside the specific signal channels, groups, or sources that you explicitly connect to the Service. We read those connected channels for one purpose: to detect and interpret trading signals so they can be classified and executed according to your settings.
We do not access, read, store, scan, or analyse your one-to-one conversations, personal chats, unrelated group chats, contacts, or any messages outside the sources you have connected. Where a messaging platform's access mechanism is broader than a single channel, we limit our processing to the connected sources and the signal-detection purpose described above. For full detail on what we process and why, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Subscriptions, billing, and payment
Paid plans are sold on a subscription basis for the billing period shown at checkout (for example, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly). Prices are displayed on the Service and are recomputed and confirmed at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full payment-instrument details. You are responsible for any network, exchange, or processor fees and for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, a subscription grants access for its stated period. You are responsible for renewing or, where auto-renewal applies, for cancelling before the renewal date. We may change pricing prospectively; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
9. Refunds, demos, and cancellation
Because the Service provides immediate access to digital tools, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly offered by us in writing. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@afxcopier.com and we will review it in good faith. A demo or evaluation, where offered, is provided to help you assess the Service and may be limited or withdrawn at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time; on termination your right to access the Service ends.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit anyone to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of a broker, prop firm, or platform's rules;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- connect accounts or sources you are not authorised to use, or use the Service to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, or money laundering;
- misrepresent your identity or your relationship with any third party.
11. Trading risk and assumption of risk
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, crypto, and other leveraged or speculative instruments carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Automated execution does not reduce market risk and may, in some conditions, increase it — for example through rapid execution of a faulty signal, slippage, latency, connectivity loss, or broker-side rejections. Past performance, backtests, demo results, and leaderboard figures are not indicative of future results. You accept full responsibility for all trades executed through the Service and for all resulting gains and losses.
12. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing. You retain ownership of the data and configuration you provide; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any signal will be detected, classified, or executed without delay or error. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFX Copier and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AFX Copier and its personnel from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, your connected accounts and sources, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may terminate by ceasing to use the Service and cancelling your subscription. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 18) will survive.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
19. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
